Stephen Drury


Serves as a director and President of the Board of Directors Church Loan Fund since its inception. Since 2006, he has served as President of the UPCI Foundation and has also served as Director of Stewardship for UPCI since 2002. Steve serves as Director for Institutional Advancement at Urshan Graduate School of Theology.

 

Steve founded the E3 Conference in 2008, a successful event connecting entrepreneurs in the Apostolic Faith. He also is a founder of Life Springs, an investment group benefiting the UPCI Foundation.

 

Steve received a Bachelor of Theology degree from Apostolic Bible Institute.

Kenneth Stewart is the founder of Integrated Security Consultants (ISC) based in Tampa, FL and servicing Florida and select customers nationally.  ISC provided Intelligent IP Video solutions for 3 Super Bowls for the NFL and access control for Walt Disney World.   ISC installed the city wide camera system for the Republican National Convention (RNC) in Tampa and also provides all electronic security for Coca-Cola in Florida with over 20 locations and 5,000 employees

Kenneth is the founding Pastor of Tabernacle of Hope in Downtown Tampa a community focused ministry with an active computer lab and food and clothes pantry.  Kenneth currently serves the UPCI as the Director of Promotions for North American Missions (NAM) and has previously served as Florida NAM Director for 8 years and on the General and Executive Board of the UPCI.

Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology from Christian Life College in Stockton, CA

Melanie is a graduate of Stockton Bible College (1987), and Western Governor’s University in 2012 with a BA in Education.

She has completed over 100 renovations of various levels and has sold over 200 properties in the last 8 years, while raising children and caring for her elderly father.


She owns six rental properties, and she is the general contractor on three to five renovations at a time.  She is a licensed real estate agent, as well as an investor. She has ten private cash investors on her team, and they benefit from the relationship with a growing IRA.

He has twenty years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), eCommerce, Marketing Automation, and other digital marketing solutions.

 

Oh, by the way, he pastors Hope Fellowship in in Florissant MO, the second church he started!

Paul is an Assistant Professor of Management at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin. He studies the ways in which our connections at work can enable, or sometimes constrain, important individual and organizational outcomes like engagement, fulfillment, motivation and performance, and individual development.


Paul studied, and received a Doctorate in Business Administration in Management from Harvard Business School.  He has won numerous awards for both his teaching and research, including: the 2012 Harvard Business Review/McKinsey M-Prize for his work advancing Self-Management and the 2017 Wyss Award for Excellence in Doctoral Research.

 

His research has been featured in publications such as Forbes, Financial Times, the Harvard Business Review, the Wall Street Journal and Fast Company.

Ryan the lead contributor to The Business Of Events blog that shares all the details of how he and his wife started a floral shop and grew it into a successful lifestyle business.

 

In his journey, he as borrowed from banks, benefited from Angel Investors (Curate was an early participant with LifeSprings) and been down the arduous road with Venture Capitalists.
